2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Thalos is a digital fitness, wellness and performance coaching app. The regular membership is intended for healthy adult users aged 18 and over. Users aged 16 or 17 may only participate through a separate minor-specific onboarding process.
Thalos is not a medical device, an in-vitro diagnostic device, a healthcare provider, a doctor, a therapist or a source of medical advice. Content, scores, plans, chat responses, guidance and recommendations provided by Thalos are for general fitness, wellness, lifestyle and performance purposes only.
Thalos must not be used for medical diagnosis, treatment, medication, insulin or supplement dosing, disease or injury management, rehabilitation, emergencies, or the medical interpretation of body, laboratory, glucose, lactate, genetic or microbiome values.
If you experience pain, symptoms, illness, pregnancy, abnormal values, known medical conditions or uncertainty about whether an activity, nutrition experiment, supplement or other measure is appropriate for you, please seek advice from a qualified medical professional before proceeding.

3. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any concerns directly with our customers. Please contact us at notifications@thalos.at. Thalos is not obliged and is not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless participation is required by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
